No stiff salon attitude here. You’ll be greeted by Heather or Lisa, go ahead and settle in, and have a chance to relax before your service starts. If you have children, let them go crazy in the kids room! You can sit with them, or sneak out to the other waiting area for that 10 minutes you never seem to get.

-Consultation

We’ll talk through: Your hair goals, what you like and don’t like, your daily styling, or I'd rather not have to style routine.

If we're making changes, photos are always a great resource to bring so that we're on the same page.

We may ask to snap before-and-after photos for our salon page, but only with your permission!

-Diving in

Healthy hair always comes first. If something may take multiple sessions or need a different approach, we’ll be upfront and help create a plan that works for you and your budget.

-Requirements

Expect good energy, fun conversation, and lots of laughs along the way. We want Luxe Haven to feel comfortable, not intimidating.

-Rules

There is only one rule in the salon: We expect the truth. If you want shorter, or we went too short, less, more, lighter, darker, subtle, bolder, blonder, bigger, etc, PLEASE speak up. We strive for client satisfaction! If there's any adjustments or notes we can take for next time, we would love for you to let us know. We will never get upset with your feedback.

Luxe Haven offers a 7 day haircut guarantee. If you need to make any adjustments, come in within that time frame, and at no charge we will accommodate you.
